      Need to address tress in the common area in my back yard. Does anyone know or could recommend a good service. Multiple tress look like they are dying

      You should contact the Board. They can coordinate review of tree conditions.

      They are not arborist . I have 2-3 trees that have no greenery below 20 feet and they are close to my house. Since I paid an additional fee for land does the community pay for a tree disposal I if there is potential of damaging the house. Or do I pay. If I pay should I not Greg the right away to consult an arborist at my cost
