    We have no water either. We called and spoke with someone at about 7:15. She said they were looking into it.

    I hope you found your package. Turns out mine was delivered to our old address – I guess I had not ordered from them since we moved and didn’t update my mailing address. Good luck. Merry Christmas!

    Thanks for the responses Roberta and Gisele. I’m a bit embarrassed to admit it but my package was sent to our old address! I must have not ordered from them since we had moved and didn’t realize the old address was automatically entered for the delivery address. Wishing you both a Merry Christmas!
