Thanks Ann great information. I was going to attempt and install a mitigation fan myself attached to the pipe in the basement but after some research have discovered this is not a good idea. I think I will leave this for the professionals and call Coletta……..

Thanks for the responses. Allan Putnam also had a crack and used Crack X but mentioned another company in Londonderry. I had this crack prior to the 1 year warranty and should have done something about it then but it never showed any signs of water until this past couple weeks……it is right where the septic pipe goes outside, which is what sounds like, where most people are having issues!

Hi Pat and Mike we had installed frameless shower doors by Portland glass. You can stop by anytime to check it out….as long as it is not in use lol :)!!
