ParticipantFunny – I was just going to post the same thing. One of our shrub covers is also Gone With The Wind!
If anyone finds them, please let either the Orr’s or The Wells know. We’ll sort out whose may be whose. Thank YouRoberta Wells
ParticipantEveryone got to pick their own preferred paint color when the houses were built. There was no universal color.
It is all Benjamin Moore but a Flat finish (vs eggshell or other). I am sure if you contacted John K in the sales office at Cross Farms, he would have the original selections. He should be able to provide you with that informationRoberta Wells
ParticipantJorge & Paula, we are also close neighbors of yours living just on the other side of the Penaskovic’s. Welcome to the neighborhood. I look forward to meeting you soon.

there are a few of us who have already contacted Felix to pump our systems on Sept 11th. Bill Lannigan and Len Pellerin did the research and set it all up. I think there are 6 of us so far. You might want to contact them to see if you can be added to the list.

ParticipantWe had that problem when we first moved in. We did two things – increased the weather stripping. bob Bouchard’s suggestion of the expanding foam is a good one to seal all the cracks. But we also had gutters installed over that area to keep the rain/moisture away from that area. We have a Spruce Two model and our bulkhead is behind the house and water use to come right down and right in. We haven’t had a problem since.

ParticipantDenise – we have never had a problem with package deliveries here. Only issue was once it was left inside my garage when the door was open and it took me a while to find it.
Good luck

I hope you are back on your feet soon. I do not have a wheelchair to loan and not sure who in the neighborhood might, but I found this website that might help for an organization that loans medical equipment:

ParticipantGeneral rule, if you want to change the appearance of the outside of your home you would ask the BOD by submitting the Additions, Alterations or Improvements form. Copes of the form are available at the clubhouse.

ParticipantMany people in the neighborhood have used Quality, the insulation company you see around the neighborhood

ParticipantAnn, thank for the clarification.
I would just like to add that Bob’s suggested alternative is the same as answering the survey that you want the “3 years” and “simultaneous” option. That would mean every three years you’d have an election and board members could choose to run again – or not – and new people could add their names to the ballot at that time.

ParticipantHere is another name of someone who does excellent clock repair work. It does say on his website he will come to your house to inspect the clock but that repairs will be done at his shop. So if the repairman Jim has referenced can do it all in your home you may want to call him first.
Here’s the web site:
