Missing Mail

Mail sent to me from Dracut MA addressed to 4 Quarry Rd. My I handle my elderly mother’s banking for her and my brother mailed me a form to sign unfortunately as it contains sensitive information. This was mailed out on Feb. 13th and it still hasn’t been received. I have called the Postmaster and she has said that there is no issue here with the mail that she is aware of.

I know in the past we have received our neighbors mail on multiple occasions and returned it to them.

Is this an ongoing issue for anyone?

Still holding on hope for that missing piece of mail.

Hi Gisele,

I have been to the Post Office two times in regards to our very poor mail service.

My friend sent me a Valentines card postmarked 2/7/18 and I received it 3/1/18.

Many of our neighbors go away for weeks at a time and our mail could be in their boxes and no one realizes it.

Good luck. I do feel it is wise to keep complaining . Maybe it will do some good.

Thanks, still waiting and no luck here. Norm went to the town hall to pay the car tax bill in person and no we had not received that invoice either, and was speaking with the clerk and she mentioned she lives close by and had the same issues with her mail. It seems our neighborhood isn’t the only one that has to deliver each others mail after the fact, so it is ongoing in Londonderry. Unfortunately we either grunt and bear with the missing mail or I guess we can all run out and get PO Boxes if they are available.
