Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (room temperature) 1 Pint Sour Cream 2 Cans Cream of Potato Soup (Undiluted) 8 ozs grated white Cheddar Cheese 1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt (or to taste) 2 Tbsp.
