Granite Counter seam repair?

The seam on our granite counter needs attention – the material at the seam has cracked and is falling out. (This is on the surface of the counter, not where it joins to the wall.) Has anyone else had this problem? We would welcome recommendations for repair people.

Good News! We called Key Stone Carvings in Hudson http://www.keystonecarvings.net/index.html and they were able to fix the issue. It seems that the original seam “glue” was not properly mixed so it became brittle. I highly recommend this company! They not only replaced the glue, but they also made the seam better by grinding in slots to hold the glue.
