      Our fireplace now fails to light. Has anyone used a Fire place repair service they would recommend?

      Best place is to go to manufacturer. Will be a service call, not cheap but they know the fireplace.

      We called Architectural Fireplace ,603-362-0020 when we had a gas leak, another time George just replaced the on/off switch because we were having trouble with the flame not working correctly . You might want to try that first, because they do charge a service call

      We had a similar issue and used Champion Hearth Services (603-275-3010). We were pleased with their service and found them reasonable.
