Director's Meetings & minutes

I, for one, know that being a director for an association such as ours is for the most part a thankless job and I am somewhat hesitant to criticize but I hope this is taken in a constructive way:
1. Meetings should be condensed. Lengthy discussions between Board members can be accomplished in advance of the meeting and when a consensus is reached the appropriate action or vote should be taken.
2. Meeting minutes have not been published for December, January (2016-17) and are not yet available for February.
