I noticed that there is only 3 people to have offered their services to the board. Does this mean that all 3 will become board members or is there a possibility of another name or 2 to be thrown into the mix either at the meeting or just before the meeting?. Otherwise, there is no reason to vote due to the fact that all 3 will be installed as board members

Bob,

I have been told on good authority:
– The only people who will become Board members are those who receive affirmative votes from a majority of the Unit Holders. (roughly 40 or more votes)
– No one will be installed on the board by default.
– If three people are not elected, the Board will again advertise for candidates and the process will start over.
– In addition a detailed accounting of the votes cast and for whom will be available after the election for those who are interested.

If anyone has better information, feel free to jump in and correct me.
