2 cups brown sugar
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 beaten eggs
2 sticks softened butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Add eggs to dry ingredients
Add vanilla, pecans
Bake at 300 degrees in a 9×13 pan (greased & floured) – 35 minutes or until falls in center (may be 45 min)
When cool – cut into small squares and roll in confectioners sugar.
