Judy and I have used Tom Milne of Special Additions to remodel bathrooms, kitchens and install floors in several of our houses over the past few years. Tom does all the electrical, plumbing, tiling, demolition and remodeling work but does not install granite countertops. He has been fair, reliable, easy to work with and in our opinion does quality work. He is a younger man who does get busy at times but if you have patience you will be satisfied.
