      Hello

I’ve noticed a Crack X van at several homes over the past several months. I now have a large crack in my foundation and have water stains coming through. Can I get feed back from the home owners that have had similar issues? Is this covered under warranty? How did you like Crack X? What did they do? Did it resolve your issues? Costs etc…

      Thanks

      Bob

      Bob,

My experience is that Crack X does a good job. My cracks occurred under warranty so I don’t know from experience what they charge. I heard they charge about $600.

Unfortunately, they are not covering it under warranty for people who have lived here as long as us.

Crack x gives u a 10 year warranty on leaks. They inject a epoxy into the crack with a substantial amount of force. Had one crack fixed under the one year warranty but believe it is in the $600 range per crack. Having worked in the glue business for 20 years I believe their process is a very good one. Three years now and no leaks.

Thanks for the responses. Allan Putnam also had a crack and used Crack X but mentioned another company in Londonderry. I had this crack prior to the 1 year warranty and should have done something about it then but it never showed any signs of water until this past couple weeks……it is right where the septic pipe goes outside, which is what sounds like, where most people are having issues!

We’ ve had three cracks. The first two were under warranty. The third one got bad quickly and we used CrackX again. All our cracks are in different have been different areas and we worry more will show up. Mary & Martin
