      Does anyone else have a lot of dust coming from the basement? The vents are covered with this greyish fine dust and it gets on everything in the house. Our basement isn’t finished. Is there something I can do to control it?

      Have you changed the filter in your furnace? That might solve the problem.

      When we checked our filter, we found we didn’t have one…the builders forgot to put one in! Worth checking out…

      The grey dust may be concrete dust coming from your basement floor. When we moved in I had to repeatedly vacuum the basement to remove all of the concrete dust residue.
