      2 lb. pkg. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (room temperature)
      1 Pint Sour Cream
      2 Cans Cream of Potato Soup (Undiluted)
      8 ozs grated white Cheddar Cheese
      1/2 tsp. Garlic Salt (or to taste)
      2 Tbsp. Chopped Onion

      MIx all ingredients in large bowl and put in 9×13 pan. Dot with butter. Bake in 350 oven for one hour.
