Has anyone noticed a change in water pressure over the past week? Seem like the shower starts out okay then drops in pressure after a few minutes……..

We haven’t experienced that problem. Try to zero in on the cause by checking your other faucets for the same issue. Then check only cold vs only hot.

If no other faucets are affected then your shower head may be clogged.
If it only happens with hot water in all faucets then something is going on with your hot water heater.

We have thought the water pressure has been marginal since we moved in 3 months ago and are concerned that when more houses come on line on Pepper Hill Rd. it will get worse.

Three house have closed on Pepper Hill in the past 2 weeks and the increased water demand could be the cause for the lower pressure.

If pressure is low ALL the time, it can be increased by adjusting the pressure reducing valve found near the water meter. There are a number of you tube videos that show how to do it.

Thanks Pat. I adjusted the valve and the pressure is much better.
