November 22, 2025 Jay Fallon (chairperson) is asking for extra help:
* Friday, November 28 @ 9:30 AM: Plan the setup for the party. The purpose is to do a seating and flow layout. It involves moving tables and chairs to prepare the clubhouse for the actual event. Once the layout is completed, all items will be returned to their locations.
* Thursday, December 11 @ 2 PM: Set up for the event itself
* Friday, December 12th at 10 AM: Cleanup

Time to start planning the Hickory Woods Christmas party!
..Whaaaatt?..
It may seem very early but a lot happens over the next 95 days or so and an initial meeting to start the process soon can give us a sufficient planning runway. Starting early allows us to gather lots of ideas, form some working groups and identify and acquire the resources for a successful activity.
Interested in being a member of the planning team? The initial meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, 10/1 at 1 pm in the clubhouse. EVERYONE is welcome. If you can’t make the meeting but would still like to help, please contact Judy Goglia or Jay Fallon and we will make sure you are included.
In the meantime, enjoy Rosh Hashana, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Columbus Day, Diwali, Veterans Day, Hanukkah and any other celebration days.
