“The trash/recycle carts shall be placed 3-feet away from the edge of the pavement. Also, keep the cart 3-5 feet from any obstructions (mailboxes, fences, parked cars, trash/recycle cart, etc.)

Please DO NOT place the carts in the street where they can impede traffic and interfere with snow plow operations.”
