For anyone interested in having your furnace and HVAC serviced I have found a local company with reasonable prices. I just had both systems serviced this week and found this contractor to be very competitive and the quality of work excellent. He went through an 18 step checklist for the HVAC and 20 point list for the furnace. The combined service was $199.00. If done separately it is $129.00. some like to service the HVAC in the spring and furnace in the fall. I chose to have both done at the same time.
I did contact other Heating/AC contractors and got $159 from one and $199 from another per unit. No combined pricing as this one does.
