A letter was recently sent by our office regarding the call for candidates for the upcoming annual meeting.

Current By Laws require there be 3-7 directors on the board at any time, each serving a 2-year term. The second line stated that there were 2 seats open. As there are 3 directors currently (each with one year remaining on their term), and there are no listed requirements for staggered terms, that means there are 0-4 seats open this year. If you’d like to run to be on the board of directors, please submit your intent to become a candidate along with your summary by November 11th so your name came be added to the directed proxy for the annual meeting in December.
