      Can anyone recommend a good septic company? We could not have our septic pumped before purchasing due to the winter months so we are looking to have this done now. Also, is this something we need permission to do from the Management company? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

      Sue and Greg,
      Welcome to the neighborhood! You do not need permission/approval to maintain your septic system. Each homeowner handles it on their own.

      Hi Greg and Sue
      Most of us have used RCI of Londonderry or Felix Septic. Both are good.
      Also you should have received a complete package from the previous owner describing your system. If you didn’t get on I can supply any information you need.

        Bob McGrath, Thank you for this information. No we did not receive anything from the previous owner about the septic. We would greatly appreciate any information you could provide as we have always been on town water/sewer.
