I was having my septic tank filter checked by RCI Septic to see if my filter was clogged. Rich from RCI told me that my filter piipe was not properly installed and therefore he could not remove the filter to check it. The filter pipe was under the rim and should have been in the center of the hole. RCI will fix my problem for roughly $250 and I am hoping that John will reimburse me since it wasn’t built to code.
