11/17/2022: 87 hats have been made for Nora’s Napsacks! 
The crafters will take Thanksgiving “off” and gather for another workshop on 12/1.

11/10/2022: 60+ hats so far! (Update from Vern Loschi)
The knitting and crocheting continues with over 60 handmade hats for Nora’s Knapsacks. The variety of colors is amazing! The next workshop is on Thursday, 11/17 at the Clubhouse.
11/4/2022: Keep on knitting! (Update from Vern Loschi)
We had 11 neighbors at the knitting workshop for Nora’s Knapsacks. This week on Thursday 11/10 the knitting will continue!
Join a special “Handcrafts” group on November 3rd at 1:00 pm to work on hats for Nora’s Knapsacks.
- If you would like to learn to knit or crochet, this is the opportunity. Instructors will teach beginner stitches. Yarn and needles will be provided. Even if you are left-handed, you can learn!
- If you have patterns for adult winter hats, please bring them to share at the workshop.
- Every Thursday afternoon at 1:00 PM, neighborhood handcrafters meet at the HW Clubhouse – join in! It’s not limited to knitting and crocheting; feel free to bring your own craft project.
